To provide quality education that will enable our pupils participate in the development and upkeep of society thereby contributing positively to the growth of our economy at the same time inculcating good morals in them.

Our School's Legacy

Salena Trust School opened its doors to the public on 8th January 2007. The name originates and is in honor of the father to the proprietor. It registered its first pupil in the name of Kasonde Mubanga.

The school enrolled from Baby Class to Grade 6. The idea of enrolling up to Grade 6 was based on grounds that the children were coming from various learning backgrounds and those that were to be in grade 7 the following year needed ample time to prepare for the composite grade 7 examinations.

This team was spearheaded by Mr Matebba Chinjila as the Headteacher, and Mr Adriaus Chauwa Phiri as the Deputy Headteacher.

The first Grade 7 results of 2008 saw Bukata Busuma getting 827 and the second Beenzu Chinjila getting 818.

The school since then has been scoring a 100% pass rate at grade 7 to date.
